REGISTRATION FOR COPPA ITALIA CHAMPIONS CUP 2026

- Sunday 3 October to 13 December 2026 (Group Games & Finals)

⏱ TIMES
Approximate match times may be scheduled from:
- 11am to 6pm on Saturday (over 55's & 60's)
- 9am to 6pm on Sunday (over 35's & 45's)
- 6:30pm & 8:15pm on Monday( 60's)

🏆 CUP
(A) Inaugural State League Women Team Competition, open age players must be 17+. (Invitational only)
(B) For all over 35 competition, players must be born 1991 or earlier.
(C) For all over 45 competition, players must be born 1981 or earlier. 2 underage in squad 40 plus born 1986 or earlier (2 Players on the field at any time) (Player name MUST be highlighted on the team sheet and WEAR ARMBAND)
(D) For all over 55 competition, players must be born 1971 or earlier. 4 underage in squad 50 plus born 1976 or earlier (3 Players on field at any time & a goal keeper) (Players name MUST be highlighted on the team sheet and WEAR ARMBAND)
(E) For all over 60 competition, players must be born 1966 or earlier. 4 underage in squad 55 plus born 1971 or earlier (3 Players on field at any time & a goal keeper) (Players name MUST be highlighted on the team sheet and WEAR ARMBAND)

💳 ENTRY FEES
$1,450.00 per team (min 5 games, max 8 games for qualifying finals teams)

Refunds are subject to our refund policy located here. Team registration fees are non-refundable once fixtures are published.
Please note teams will be guaranteed entry into the tournament only once full payment is made. If a category is full, teams will be placed on a waiting list and will only be offered a spot if a team withdraws or additional spaces are created.

Payment is not required for waiting list teams until a place is accepted.

ℹ️ EXTRA INFORMATION
• In order for an age group to go ahead, a minimum of 6 teams are required, should this quota not be reached, we will use our discretion to amalgamate groups or move teams into the most suitable competition.
• Once the teams is registered, you must send the link so each player can be registered by their parent/guardian. All players must be registered to your team and age group, and hold a valid ID to prove age


⏰ Registrations Close Friday 19 September 2026 unless sold out earlier.
Please ensure that you enter your club playing address and not your personal address as the address will appear on the club maps on the website.

⚠ ️Cancellation of the tournament due to force majeure
In the event that the tournament can’t be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the tournament organisers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence or the tournament organisers, the tournament organisers cannot be held liable by the delegations for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses etc. Under these circumstances, the tournament organisers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future tournament, or to reimburse the delegations after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the tournament and which could not be recovered from third parties.

Step 1. Provide all team name details including your coach's name
Step 2. Accept the Terms & Conditions and read the Rules of Competition
Step 3. Register the coaches, team managers and then send the link provided in your registration confirmation to the parents to register players (you will be given access this via your team portal after you register the team)
Step 4. Ensure your players have Photo ID available to produce on request at the tournament (more info on this on the FAQ page)

Accident Waiver and Release of Liability

All participants are required to Acknowledge the below as a condition of entry:
I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING OR ATTENDING THIS ACTIVITY OR EVENT, namely the Coppa Italia Champions Cup as stated above , including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by the Tournament Organisers, or because of their possible liability without fault. I certify that I am physically fit and/or have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems, which preclude my participation in this activity or event.

I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organisers of the Coppa Italia Champions Cup as stated above, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity or event.

In consideration of my registration and permitting me to participate in this event, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:

(A) I shall pay the entry fee prescribed by the Manningham Juventus Old Boys Social Club Inc. for entry into the competition.

(B) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this event,

(C) I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND WILL NOT TO SUE the entity and/or persons organizing this event and waive them from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity or event, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. This includes participation of any hazardous activities. I indemnify Keilor Cup Organisers against any damage suffered by myself, my child/children and next of kin.

I acknowledge that this activity or event may test a person’s physical and mental limits and may carry with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, and event monitors, and/or producers of the event, and lack of hydration. These risks are not only inherent to participants but are also present for volunteers. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment including calling an ambulance which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity or event.

I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.

The accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL
